Main activities:Over a period of 25 years JSC “PFK ETM” has been working in the field of assembly, heavy overhaul and integrated service for ship and stationary diesels and diesel power stations in the territory of the RF and CIS. Our company specializes also in supplying diesels, diesel-generators and spare parts for engines made in Russia, Ukraine, Czech Republic, Germany (RUMO, Dagdiesel, Youjdieselmash, Pervomayskdieselmash, Daldiesel, Shkoda, Schonebeck, SKL).
JSC “PFK ETM” is an official general representative of the RUMO plant (Nijniy Novgorod).
Such a deep background of experience enabled us to create innovation-based enterprises specializing in reengineering of existing engines and engineering new models of ship diesels, diesel-generators, ship spare parts and other diesel equipment by applying new processing and constructive approaches.
The production is carried out in accordance with the technical specifications, approved by The Russian River Register and The Russian Marine Register of Shipping.
The whole product range is supplied with the RRR and RMRS certificates.
Products: Nowadays we have launched series production of the following items:
● Ship diesel engines type SD 1, 2, 3 degrees of automation This type of ship diesels is designed to replace diesels as a part of diesel-generator set DGA (DGR) 25, 50, 75, 100 kWt manufactured by «Youzhdieselmash» plant (Ukraine, city of Tokmak);
● Auxiliary ship diesel-generators (DGR) type «Volga» 1, 2, 3 degrees of automation
The diesel-generator frame is designed to replace 1À16 «Dagdiesel», DGA (DGR) 25, 50, 75, 100 êÂò «Youzhdieselmash» (Ukraine, city of Tokmak), DGA 30 equipped with diesel D65ÀÑ, 3VD, 4VD (Germany);
● Engine control and automation systems type «Volna» for ship diesels and diesel-generators 1, 2, 3 degrees of automation equipped with ground control console and LCD;
● Ship geared diesel engines SDRA
These sets are to replace 3D6, Skoda 160 (PN, PNS), 6×ÑÏ 18/22-150, 6×ÍÑÏ 18/22-225);
● Twin-wire ship starters type ST-2PS ST25-2PS – for diesels 10,5/13, 12/14,
ST212À-2PS – for diesels 8,5/11,
ST230-2PS – for diesels type SD 240, 243, 245, 246;
● Aluminium and cast iron pistons for ship diesels 6× 18/22-150, 6×Í 18/22-225, 6×Í 18/22-315, 8×Í 18/22, 6(8)× 23/30, ×Í 25/34, NVD 26, B&W 7 26 MTB(H, F) Each piston is supplied with individual RRR Certificate, data and scaling sheet.
● Spare parts for ship diesel engines
Steel-bronze rod eye bushings, marine pumps, cylinder caps, inlet/exhaust valves etc.
● Stationary diesel-generators 30, 50, 75, 100 kWt type «Energy» 1, 2, 3 degrees of automation
