Successful development of transport system was to high degree predetermined by activity of «LINAVA». The Lithuanian National Road Carriers’ Association was established in 1991. Today it unites 1350 road transport companies with the fleet of 12 000 vehicles performing international transportation of goods and 3000 coaches. Since 1992 is an active member of IRU.
