Volgograd Shipyard Takes Part in Rosmorrechflot Tender

Volgograd, May, 7, 2009. Volgograd Shipyard (a part of MNP Group) filed a bid to take part in the tender to build two sea rolling self-propelled barges with the cargo capacity of 250 tons. The Federal Marine and River Transport Agency (Rosmorrechflot) is the customer.

Total cost of two barges is 346 144 000 rubles. The state order is to be fulfilled before October 2010. Beside Volgograd Shipyard, Sosnovsky Shipyard and Khabarovsky Shipyard were among the bidders. Self-propelled barges will be built for Kalmchatka under the federal target program "Economic and social development of the Far East and Zabaikalsk in the period before 2013".
